- Current Probe: This device is used with the oscilloscope to precisely measure the current of the ESD pulse.
- Evaluation Loads: These are two specific components—an 18 AWG tinned copper wire and a 500 ohm resistor—used to check that the simulator is calibrated and working correctly before you test an actual device.
